Each training session will be individually tailored to help you achieve your own personal goals. These could include loosing body fat, building/toning muscles and increasing flexibility. We can also incorporate wearable technology to help track your progress.
This is your opportunity to have a fitness assessment - where are you now. The assessment is suitable for anyone and the information will be used as a guide to help build your training plan. Your plan will be regularly reviewed to make sure you are getting the best results.

Learn simple techniques to get you running in the great outdoors. Minimal equipment, i.e., trainers, comfortable clothing and a small water bottle.
£15 per half hour session
A great way to build muscle and strength, suitable for all, beginners are definitely welcome. No specific equipment needed, but comfortable clothes and trainers are a must.
